I give one star on this company because they are sooo pricey !! Within one hour of work, they charged almost 300. Also, they were supposed to unclogged the kitchen underline pipe all the way to the City sewer. The guy gave up at the end because he could not find why it was clogged. They said they will send me invoices through email but I never got it. Do not waste your time and money. This company sucks.

Called on a Friday afternoon and was originally scheduled for Sunday. However one of the plumbers became available and was able to stop over that day. Richard made quick work of the easy leak under one faucet. He was super friendly and informative about my options. While I wish it was less expensive for an easy fix...i understand they're running a business. One great thing about the service is that the plumbers wear booties. LOVE this! Thank you for not tracking your potentially dirty shoes through my house! All around great service. Will use them again if needing some plumbing work.

The service was outstanding. The reason I didn't give 5 stars was the pricing. They said they are not the highest or the lowest. But really, nearly 1,600 to change out my water heater? And that was with the discount. Online the same water heater is in the 600 range.
