Jen Dawkins	Would give 0 stars if I could. Called on a Saturday to try to explain what was happening; we didn't know if it was an “emergency” or not. The guy was in a bad mood when answering the phone. In the middle of explaining he asked my address. I tried to finish what I was saying and he cuts me off again and asks “You don't know what your address is?” Have used Bigfoot the whole time owning a house, since 2008, for multiple services. THEY JUST LOST MY BUSINESS FOR GOOD. I hope he is proud of his smart mouth. Customer service is my 1 and this guy has 0!

Martha Roth	I have no plumbing knowledge but own several properties. Over the years Bigfoot has been great at solving our problems, We currently have one in one of the properties. They had steamed and pumped and there was still a problem. My husband called a retired plumber to see if he could suggest a better solution. He said, "Stick with Bigfoot."
