Sarah bosaw	This home Depot is by far the WORST home Depot I've ever been to. I'm not from this area so, I'm not quite sure how things are done here. However, customer service has the same expectations everywhere. At home Depot people are used to an employee asking if there is anything they can do to help you. This location had 0 employees that do that, they look the other way when they see you're approaching them. The knowledge of the products is lacking. Employees don't smile, they're rude in conversation, and make you feel as though you're inconveniencing them when asked to help. The store needs new management because it's a direct reflection of higher up. If great customer service is expected, it'll would show. What's apparent is these employees are there for a pay check and that's it. It's sad really because home Depot is my choice for these types of products. I'll use Lowe's when I'm in this area for sure. The military discount is provided at both locations FYI. I'm sorry for the bad review however, if you want good reviews you need to work for them.
