This was by far the best customer service I have had in this area. I was able to have both plumbing & electrical bids at the same time for one low service fee if 69!! Both were prompt, patient & through with their assessment of our needs & showed professionalism & in their quotes & value added services the company can offer with the Dixie home plans. I will use this company for my rental & personal dwellings. Great job to Wade & Lance!!

On Super Bowl Sunday, we woke up to the plumbing in our entire house being clogged. All of our toilets were not working and water was coming up in our bath tubs. Not only can we not survive ourselves without functioning toilets, but also we were having as super bowl party that night. I called several companies in town and Dixie was the only company that answered. They had a team at our house within an hour of our call. Within two hours they had our toilets functional again and within 24 hours our entire system was repaired. As it turns out, the phone company drilled a phone line through our main sewer line, so this was just a disaster waiting to happen. I am super thankful that Dixie answered our call and that our repair team Tony, Ben, and Justin were amazing! Very friendly customer service and they explained everything in detail not to mention showed us the issue. They also have standardized pricing, so I felt the price was very fair and, as a woman, I was being given accurate pricing. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to anyone!
