My single use shower/tub faucet was leaking. I repaired one years ago but I'm a disabled Vet and my disability has restricted me from doing things that require bending and crouching. I called ted's and 2 guys came out. they worked on a while and then told me my water pressure was to high. They wrote me an estimate for 450 to install a pressure regulator and billed me for 145. So my leaky faucet continued. I decided to check it out myself and took the faucet apart. the springs and grommets were the old ones and they were not replaced correctly. I went to the hardware store, bought replacements and installed them myself. The leak stopped. I'm not a plumber.
