This is the second time we've called Carter about a plumbing problem. The first time he came to fix a water pressure problem. He was very professional and did an excellent job. The second time we called him to fix a clog that was about 35 ft down in our kitchen drain. He was able to clear the clog and made sure it was perfect before he left. I highly recommend him. He has fair prices and does the job quickly and professionally. I will definitely call him again if we have any plumbing problems or needs.

Mr. Johnson went above and beyond what I had expected. He came to my home to fix a major problem and was very thorough in diagnosing and discussing my options. Water leak in the concrete slab He was knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. I was impressed that he took his time and checked EVERYTHING! He gave me a price that almost knocked me over BECAUSE it was MORE THAN FAIR. WAY less than the “national average “ to do that kind of job not only that AFTER he quoted me the price and did the rather large job he fixed a couple of minor problems for me .....he said “it won't take but a few extra minutes and it's no problem ” he had already been here for a few hours! I will be using him for any plumbing needs I have in the future and I highly recommend him. He is knowledgeable, helpful, reasonable, fair, kind, and the quality of his work is excellent.
