| April Dawes | They were available when no one else was. They came by in a reasonable amount of time. The plumbers were friendly, and they apparently did decent work. It took them six weeks to even get me an invoice though, and that is not acceptable. They couldn't even give me an idea of how much the charge would be so I could set the money aside. It ended up costing way more than I anticipated, especially since what I had them do was fairly simple. I also asked them for a quote for another bigger job, and I was apparently charged for them to take the time to measure the space, but I still have yet to receive the quote. |
