Thomas MARTINEZ	Decent money there at Northwinds and one of the owners I delt with Alicha Media is A+ and the very best but on ty dragon i thought he was the right fit as the superintendent but once he and brother bryce could not let go of the grudge which was family member termed out and put on no rehire list and I stayed working ty then tried to create situations to get me to quit makes him not a quality dude...ty and his brother bryce have a VERY BIG DREAM of being big ranch owners but cuz of who and how they are that will never happen and do need to be removed from Northwinds I wish Alicia and Northwinds the best and would be better off without ty/bryce dragon
