Tim Johnson	Highly recommend! Adam came out to a pretty complicated backup I had in my basement. It didn't totally clear up the first time he came out so they promptly sent him out the next day. He totally cleared everything up and didn't charge me for the extra hour of work. Adam also fixed another problem I had during the initial 2 hour service call and didn't charge me any additional for that either. They deal with some pretty complicated issues but it is clear they always do it with the customer's best interests in mind. Will be calling them again when I need something done.
