| Laura Rose | I have had neutral/good experiences with the hardware side staff in the past, but today had a poor one with the auto parts CarQuest side. The guy at the counter didn't greet me or even look up when I came in. I stood in front of him at the counter, and he didn't even acknowledge me. He picked up the phone, called somebody about a fuel pump, entered some things into his computer, and finally actually said something to me: "...just one minute." Then he made a SECOND phone call while I was still standing there. I eventually did get the lawnmower belt I came in for. Receipt says the guy's name was Tom. |
