Very reliable!! They have always came out same day at exact time as promised. They do what is asked and only what is needed. I am shocked by the negative reviews, as we have never had a bad experience.

Needed what was probably a job worth over 1000. Needed to replace a main shut-off valve, replace a water heater and do an evaluation of a water softener system. Called to set up an estimate was never returned the call for details. Weeks later stopped in office to set up estimate personally. Was told not this week but would get someone out there next week. Called three weeks later and no one had any idea what I was talking about. Promised to get to the bottom of it and call back. Four days later, called and after finding out that they had done nothing yet, told them to forget it.

They have installed and serviced our furnace, A/C, and hot water heater. Staff have always been professional; on the phone and in person. When I have had questions about products, services, or billing, I have been promptly attended to and they have been willing to explain any confusion or misunderstandings on my part. I continue to use them because they do quality work , in a time-frame that works for me, and they don't give me any attitude when I have general questions from a homeowner's perspective!
