Be careful doing any business here....VERY VERY careful . Some friendly advice from someone close who experienced it from two differing points of view....customer and vendor. Not saying don't do it. Just know what you might be in for.

Just moved into our custom built home and we couldn't be more happy. Took a concept drawing of our dream home to several builders and picked Oevering Homes to build it. Why..?...This was our 4th and final time building a home, so we are pretty familiar with the process and know what to look for in a builder. Our first design sit with Brandon Perry left me very impressed and sold me on them. He had many good suggestions that we hadn't even thought of. They broke ground March 1st and we moved in August 29th. All builds have a few bumps along the way. But, our project manager Troy Keller made sure they were quickly resolved. There was good communication through-out the process. In the end, our concept drawing became a reality thanks to Oevering Homes. I recommend them.

Oevering Homes did a great job with my new home. Sheri was easy to work with and always available for any questions, she was quick to respond and helpful throughout the entire process. There were a few hiccups like most construction but was well worth the wait. Once the new PM, Amanda, started it was easier to get things done and timely. I waited a few extra days for it to be completed definitely worth the wait. The loan process through Tradition Mortgage was simple, painless and easy to work through. Not my forever home, but overall a good experience I would work with them again, however I agreed to purchase after the foundation was poured and would love to work with them with layout and design!
