Contacted them about doing a septic inspection. When they got back to us in a couple of e mails each time their entire response was written in all capital letters. For some reason they also used groups of lots of exclamation points and question marks. The price they gave us was over double than others quoted us at for the exact same service. Company we had do it did it for less than half what Goodmen wanted. We wanted to be there when they did it, but Goodmen wouldn't give us any kind of a time, or even a day that they would come. Also never knew who was even communicating with us at Goodmen because no one ever signed their name to the e mails. So went with another business that had no problem setting up a time and they showed up when they said they would, was much better at communication and a lot less expensive for the same thing.

They have worked with us from putting in out septic to doing all of our plumbing and heating on our cottage. A couple of weeks ago, the power went out and they came over and checked our furnace to make sure that it was back up and running. we never called them to do this, that is just the type of business they are.
