| Linda Puig | When I called to make the appt. I mentioned that my husband & I couldn't move our heavy couch... I was re-assured the workers would move it no problem. Well they didn't , and my worst spot is underneath it .. I didn't think I had to watch them work I was in another part of the house. Very disappointed the guy was done so fast I couldn't believe it now I know why!! However the manager reached out to me and they did come back and moved the couch to clean the rest of the carpet... I am very happy with the results and quick response!!!! |

They did a great job, listened to my request for no scented deodorizer/air freshener, took their shoes off in the house, were careful, and super pleasant and friendly.
