| Ruth Cronje | I'd give these folks 10 stars if I could! At first this will seem like a negative review, but keep reading to the end!! I called Certified to come out to fix my toilet this past December. The guy they sent out ended up breaking off a valve in my basement and the pipe to the toilet began leaking water all over my basement floor. I didn't realize it until two days later when I went down there and found the big puddles. I had to call Certified on a Sunday to provide emergency service to fix the leak -- the gentleman they sent out arrived within 20 minutes and stopped the leak and replaced the broken valve. Certified immediately and politely acknowledged their responsibility for the water on the floor and sent out a company to remove the water and clean and dry the basement at Certified's expense. They also didn't charge me for either of these service calls. Unfortunately, the guy who broke the valve also failed to fix the toilet...two weeks later, it was rocking again. So I called Certified back to send someone else out to fix it. They re-sent the same gentleman who had provided the emergency service, who fixed the problem with the toilet to my complete satisfaction. I'd have been happy to pay for that repair, but Certified didn't charge me for that service either. I think this story proves that, although sometimes accidents happen when service people are working on a house, Certified can be relied upon to make such situations right in a polite, timely, and competent manner. I would never hire anyone else to do my plumbing work!!! Can't recommend Certified highly enough! |
