Our furnace went out over the weekend Saturday afternoon within five minutes of placing a call to Mountain Aire my call was returned. Charles was the house quickly, id'd the problem and was able to get the parts needed and had us warm and cozy in no time. Very polite and professional, great work and will recommend them!

They originally installed the furnace five years ago. Came out the same evening I'd called. Unfortunately the blower motor had failed and a part had to be ordered. I received a follow up call the next day and they finished the job a day earlier than the original estimate. Turned out there was a ten year warranty on the part and it ended up with no charge to me. I couldn't be happier.

Upon awakening on one of the coldest days on record, we found our house sitting at 58 degrees. I called a few other places and found the wait time to be in days before an available appointment. I called Mountain Aire and was asked if we currently had heat. I let them know that we did not. The technician was here in less than half an hour from my call. He quickly diagnosed the problem and retrieved the piece we needed. Within less than 2 hours of my call we had our heat restored. He was courteous, quick, and knowledgeable. The price was very reasonable.
