Enrique did a fantastic job on our new disposal! He was very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was going to do in detail before he started the job. Once finished, he went over everything again showing me all that he did and made sure everything was working properly without any leaks. The work area was neat and clean once finished. The main office receptionist was very polite and helpful when getting the job scheduled. Informative, patient, and friendly! You can tell Spartan has a company wide culture of customer service excellence!

We have used Spartan three times now and each time we've called, they have sent a plumber over that day. Prices are a bit high, but that's plumbing in general. They are pretty competitive in their pricing and the on site plumbers have always been courteous. I would prefer they use shoe covers when coming inside, but I suppose that's a culture thing. The only negative part on their most recent visit was with the drywall they cut to access the pipe. They were unable to replace it, which is fine, but the company the plumber recommend to fix the drywall had poor online reviews.

Top notch response, top notch punctuality, and top notch quality all on News Years Day. Craig is a great representative for Spartan. He spent the appropriate amount of time explaining all options for the repair/service. We think Spartan is fortunate to have a team member like Craig. We are very pleased with the service. Seemed a little bit on the expensive side, however we don't really have anything to compare it to as Spartan was the first company we called and was extremely responsive on the Holiday.
