I understand the need to help the contractors/plumbersbut when she finally started helping me, she would abruptly leave without excusing herself if a plumber appeared. I felt as though she thought she had the sale sewn up thru my designer who couldn't be there and she just really didn't want to deal with uninformed me. Rude. Condescending. We are not going to order from Keller. And I hope someone tells Marie that it's not cool to call women older than her by affectionate terms. Grrrrr. They need more floor help.
