Excellent service !!! The technician arrived on time and within no time resolved the sewer blockage. He explained what caused the issue and how to take steps to prevent in the future.The company folks are very considerate and professional. Above all they are economical and never charge more than promised. I would definitely recommend New Concepts to my family and friends and to all of you if you are in need of sewer cleaning, plumbing issues, etc.

I have used this business several times now. The customer service is excellent and they take the time to make sure you are taken care of right. I got a new sewer line installed recently and have had no problems ever since they came out. From the service call to the repair man that came out the service was amazing. Recently we had a major stoppage, so we called around. We found New Concepts plumbing, when searching for a plumber in Seattle...we found good online reviews for New Concepts Plumbing, a very good sign....They sent out a tech right away and he was able to clear our drain. Prices are good.
