I was amazed at just how inconsiderate these people are. The lady on the phone was very rude to me and didn't seem interested in helping with my problem. I was desperate so I told her to send somebody. When the guy showed up he was equally rude. It took me a minute to open the door because I was in the restroom. He asked what took me so long. He came in and looked at my leak and then quoted me an INSANE amount of money. I told him i would think about it and he then informed me that it would be 150 for him just showing up. I refused to pay and a very heated argument ensued. He finally left tell me to go F myself. I called someone else and they did it for 1/3 the price. Please never use this awful people.

I just had an 2nd toilet installed. They did a great job.and reasonably priced.

I was absolutely Blown Away by how rude and unprofessional these people are. They gave me 20 minutes notice that they would be at my business location. I live 20 minutes away and I told them I would need at least a half hour. I got there a half hour later with my three-year-old son and the plumber starts cussing at me in front of my little boy because he had to wait for 10 minutes. he then came in and look at my project and then just turn around and left without saying a word. most rude, unprofessional and downright mean quote unquote professional I've ever had to deal with.
