Had to come out to business twice to fix the problem and charged a late fee for not paying by end of month, when problem wasn't even fixed yet. Came out 6/24 and completed job 7/8. Called to ask about late fee and the owner was rude and yelling the minute he answered the phone. Wanted to know why I was calling him as he didn't know who I was. If he does not want to talk to customers he should not be listed as contact person on billing. WILL NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS AGAIN! |
