Matt Hewitt	I setup an appointment with White Knight for today between 10 and 10:30. Was told 24 hours in advance that they would be there. I needed them to give me an estimate on a job for one of my clients. I parked at the gate so I could let them in once they arrived. At 11 I called the office to ask where the plumber was. No answer. Called back about a half-hour later and got an answer. She informed me that the plumber was just leaving his other job 20-30 minutes away and was headed my way. I informed her of my situation and that I couldn't wait all day but if I saw the truck or if he called my cell I would come open the gate. He never showed up. If time is as important to you as it is to me, you may want to call a different company. It isn't hard to pick up a phone to let folks know you'll be late or don't plan on showing up at all.
