Ingrid who answered our call for an appointment was friendly and communicated well on time frame availability. We called Friday, Bob came as promised on Monday and solved our plumming issues quickly. He was very helpful! When we need help in the future this is the company we will call.

I was able to get a same day appointment for an unknown water leak. The technician, Bob, was friendly and worked hard to identify the source. I definitely would recommend their services!

Yikes... we had our water heater installed by this company and because of faulty wiring on the installation, it blew a fuse. It almost destroyed the entire unit and since it happened on a weekend we had to call a licensed' electrician to do an emergency fix for 500. In addition, the pipes were not installed correctly which would have led to contaminated water in my home had an actual professional not notified me. The installer also used my husbands tools without putting them back or asking to use them. The owner came out to fix the pipes, admitted fault, but is still charging me the full 500 bill. I called to resolve it since we had all come to the agreement this was not our fault, and the owner refuses to call me back. I will be filing a complaint with the attorney general, if other families have contaminated water in their homes and are at risk of fire or damaged units because of untrained installers, others have a right to know about it. Please do what is right and call your customers back to resolve complaints instead of refusing to do so. And please contact previous customers that may have had the same service' we had.
