He corrected the work the previous guy did and made it safe for us, gave us peace of mind as well as information to help ease our minds and inform us. He even took the time to show and explain what he was talking about. It's clear he knows what hes talking about but also cares enough to explain it to us as well. He came out for a home warranty and got us taken care of and will be back Thursday to replace the panel for us. He was extremely nice and patient with us and extremely informative.
