Your contract is with my brother but I have a financial interest so I am very interested in the poor workmanship your firm provided. Also, your comments below are full of lies. We are in the process of contacting the AG for Washington State. You DID NOT offer to pay for new floor. You offered to give us 4,000 and the cost of the new floor we are getting is more than that. Don't forget we paid 16,500 to you and now you are saying we ruined the floor. Not only are you not a reputable company...you have clearly not told the truth. Even Rich, who came to see the floor, said it had to be completely replaced and you insisted he not do that. We had a scheduled meeting with him and you said he was too busy to attend the meeting. Guess he doesn't care about his reputation as a contractor either. |
