| T A. | So glad I called Roto Rooter! Our hot water tank failed and leaked water under our hardwood floors and inside walls/insulation. Although we couldn't see the water damage, they detected it during their thourough inspection. They quickly drilled holes behind baseboad trim and began water extraction via floor pad fans, heat and dehumidifier. The other company I received a bid from was going to replace hot water tank and be done. If I had gone with them, I would have ended up with mold inside the walls and buckled hardwoods! I will never doubt who to call in the future for any plumbing need. |
| Samyam Rajbhandari | Joe Rios 1077 from Roto-Rooter did a great job replacing filter cartridges on my two showers, two bathroom faucets and a kitchen faucet. He was very warm and professional and explained the issue I was having with hot and cold water crossover. The job took about 5 hours and he charged me about 1.4K for the labor and extra for parts. This is the first time I had to hire a plumber so I really do not know if the price was fair for Redmond, WA, but I'll give Joe the benefit of the doubt, and would recommend him to anyone given his warm personality, professionalism and quick work. |
