On our first visit, my husband and I believed we were ignored because the store was closing in less than 10 minutes. Instead of offering to help us, a man "reminded" us that they were closing in less than 10 minutes. After our second visit today, we will never return. We arrived nearly 2.5 hours before closing. My husband and I again walked the showroom and thought someone would speak with us. Since no one approached us we decided to go to the front desk and ask to speak with someone. The lady working the front desk was helping another lady with samples. Once the other customer left, we asked if we could get some help with bathtubs. We were asked if we have an appointment and we said no. The employee told us she would not help us without an appointment, they only sold wholesale and wouldn't sell to us which we knew, gave us a few flyers and sent us on our way. Needless to say we will be taking our business to another place.
