It's a great showroom though our experience with Janelle and the management of this store was simply put unacceptable. We dropped over 15k for materials only to find out that the follow up when it came to providing transparency and being upfront with us or our contractor on materials availability was completely lacking. We called numerous times to find out delivery times only to get different stories from Janelle, the manager, and their regional manager. Nobody owned the issue or wanted to solve the problem. Let's put it this way, you'll get better customer service from Amazon for a 5 widget than you will from this location.

Great showroom and the one on one help is amazing. Rhe is so great and she has amazing ideas. So glad I stopped in.

We had a wonderful experience working with Sandy at the Bellevue Kohler Signature Store with our master bath remodel. Sandy suggested changes to the lay-out of our master bath that made a huge difference. It took our master bath remodel from nice to over the top. Anyone that sees the bathroom always comment that it is the nicest master bath that they have ever seen. All the Kohler products are such high quality. Every time I walk into my bathroom, I get a happy feeling.
