| Jack Lea | We had service that cost us 900 and afterwards our garbage disposal was not working. I checked the circuit breaker and it was not tripped but reset it anyway. I then called them to have the same electrician come back out to troubleshoot the problem. When he arrived he asked me if the "girls from the office" called me and asked me to check to see if it was plugged in or not. Since I was not called and told this I did not know to check it. Result - electrician looked under the sink and plugged it in. Bottom line - WE WERE CHARGED 99 FOR A SERVICE CHARGE BECAUSE "THE GIRLS" IN THE FRONT OFFICE WERE TOO LAZY TO CALL ME AND LET ME KNOW WHAT THE INEXPENSIVE FIX WAS TO THE PROBLEM. COMPOUNDING THIS COMEDY OF ERRORS THEY WERE UNWILLING TO EITHER CREDIT OR REFUND THE SERVICE CHARGE. |
