We're going on week 3, and the job still hasn't been completed, and they are not responsive to calls. I finally reached out to AHS, who sent another plumbing company out to finish the job. The new company explained to me how Flowright didn't even complete their repairs properly, so you guessed it, I have to come out of pocket even more money. At this point, I've spent nearly 600 and have been without a toilet in my only full bathroom for 3 weeks. If AHS assigns you this company, ask for another one immediately! |

| Ornella Baker | If I could give 0 stars I would! This company is a SCAM. They were sent out by the home warranty, falsified the report that got my claim denied. When I got a second opinion and paid 300 out of pocket for someone to actually fix it they said everything they reported was false and should have been covered. They want the easy 100 deductible and then bail. Not to mention they cut through my flooring and stopped responding or answering their phone when I sent the the pictures of the damages. DONT HIRE THEM and refuse the company if HMS home warranty assigns then to you!!!! |
