I rely on Total Comfort to make sure my heating unit is in top notch shape. I trust their quality of expertise and the professionalism from setting up an appointment to when they come into my home to do the inspection. Total Comfort is always on time for sending out a notice of when my next inspection is due. The receptionist that sets up my inspection date is always pleasant and thorough. I must say something about Kevin, the technician who services my unit. I have no qualms about leaving him alone to do his job. I know everything will be correctly and completely. He is responsible, super polite and answers all of my questions patiently and respectfully.

VERY reasonable cost to have oil-fired boiler replaced. Owner, Tim Knight, is responsive and approachable and employs friendly, knowledgeable staff. They were respectful to us and our situation from start to finish, offering us space heaters, etc. until our equipment arrived. The technician Joe and his helpers did a fantastic job, leaving the basement area and floor where they worked cleaner than it was to begin with. Crew did not tear up the house removing old one or bringing in the new one, in spite of each weighing 600+ lbs. After getting jerked around and disrespected with ridiculous estimates by 3 other very well-known companies, these guys were a welcome relief, while making clear the extent to which the others had been trying to unfairly gouge us. I'm talking Thousands of dollars, not Hundreds. I highly recommend Total Comfort, and wouldn't bother calling anyone else. Picture is the Before and After of the job.

Total Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning has been a great company to do business with. We regularly sign up for an annual contract to ensure our summer air conditioning and winter heating requirement are met and that our equipment is kept up-to-date and in great working order. Every serviceman sent to our home has been prompt, courteous and most importantly extremely knowledgeable about their job. We have been using Total Comfort for the past 4-5 years and will continue to do so with the incredible service they provide. Oh, by the way, they always slip on disposable slippers over their shoes to ensure no dirt or debris is tracked into the house. Great company. Very happy with them.
