Plumbing services by The Home Depot in Falls Church, Virginia

I got there on a Sunday evening before close, thinking it would be quieter but was busy! I needed to have blinds cut to the right length, so I waited for one of the staff named Micah or Mika. He was super respectful in helping another customer and then helping me in the order in which I was waiting, while at the same time balancing 3-4 other customers who approached him during this time. He was the only one in the entire department providing support. He was super patient with giving them quick advice when possible while telling them he would help them after me for more time intensive support. He was also very friendly and did a great job of cutting the blinds, also cutting a piece that was missing in my last purchase of blinds. All of this in the midst of a pandemic where everyone is high stress in a department store. Hats off to people and staff like this -- makes me want to come back to this Home Depot and he should definitely be rewarded.

Every time I have called this store I have been redirected several times and eventually hung up on. Currently I've been on for 20 minutes and still haven't spoken to anyone. I just want to find out if they can cut a 10FT Shallow Strut Channel in half on site. So, if anyone knows the answer to this and would let me know, that would be very helpful. Goodness knows I'm not getting any answers from Home Depot.

This Home Depot is huge! It carries just about everything under the sun. Couple of annoyances though. In there are a lot of camera/ video monitors that keep telling really loud if you are standing and looking at just the right spot. Make me want to leave the store. And, of, if you walk within 15 get off one of the emergency exits a computer voice will tell at you too tell you that the door is not an exit. Makes you want to run!
