| Christina Mendoza | We use this company recently to repair part of our sprinkler system. Of course we called to get estimates to find out who we wanted to use and ended up choosing this company. When we get the actual bill it was a good bit higher then the estimate. I do realize that an estimate is just an estimate, but when people are using that number to decide who to use for the repair, it makes sense to me that you would add in all the charges that they know will be part of the final cost. One of the charges that they didn't add into the actual estimate is a 33 trip charge. When we called to find out what this was they said that that is something they add to every job on top of the actual labor. Not impressed and will definitely not be using this company again. |
