This job involved encapsulation of a large, tight, complicated lots of equipment, wires, concrete piers, etc. crawl space. Work completed 2/19/2020. Jack Hill, certified field inspector, was very professional and provided detailed recommendations, cost estimate, answered questions, and came by during the installation to ensure all was well. Job was commenced on schedule and JES even brought in a second crew to ensure job was completed within the promised 3 day time frame.The crews, David Coffer, foreman, and Thomas, Justin, Dede, Damon and Jacob, were very competent, courteous and skilled. Very hard workers. They went out of their way to keep us informed and even pointed out some additional issues in the crawl space, unrelated to their work, that we might want to address. We were very impressed. Highly recommend them.

I worked with Dylan Caruso who was extremely good to work with. He did everything he said he would. He met me when promised. He sent me the quote when he said he would. He was prompt with some questions I had regarding his proposal. Dylan is very knowledgeable about his products and very professional. He has a great demeanor about him; very pleasant, good listener and confident. He is helpful and does not push or put unnecessary sales pressure on, which I really appreciated. Dylan is "down to earth" and a pleasure to work with, one who represents his company at the highest level. JES is lucky to have him on their team.

I hired JES for a concrete foundation raise and repair of my garage in mid-September 2019. The team that was assigned to my job Pete, Aaron, Todd, Josh Davis JD, Chris, and Jason had a fantastic work ethic. I hope that I didn't leave anyone out that was assigned to my job. When they started the job, it was 100 degrees outside, but they continued to work efficiently and effectively. The crew was always responsive, hard working, and polite- no lollygagging. They were really good at explaining everything that they were doing and why. I certainly appreciated how very careful they were not to tear up my landscaping. The crew left the job site neat and clean and ensured I was satisfied. My repair included needing to dig up part of the sidewalk and they did a wonderful job on the repair of the concrete. I believe this company and this particular crew provided me with the best possible service I could have received. JES provided me with a lifetime warranty on their work and if I decide to sell my house at any time, the warranty will transfer to the new owners. It meant a lot to me to upon my final inspection of their work, that I was asked if I was satisfied with their work and if there was anything that I felt needed further attention, I have no doubt they would have continued until I was satisfied. If you are thinking of hiring this company, I really think you will believe you will be pleased too.
