The staff is so friendly, patient and if you've ever had the experience of going to a place like Home Depot or Lowe's, you know that it's nearly impossible to find ANYONE to help and if you do, it's usually someone who's not familiar with "that" particular department. I've come in Richmond Home Supply with NO idea about what something is called and have had to describe it in very layman terms and without a beat, the staff is showing me what I'm looking for! It's amazing that I have yet to go in there and not find exactly what I'm looking for and best of all--my money is staying in the community and not going out-of-state! A++++++ |
