Plumbing services by Granite Design USA in Newport, Vermont

Granite Designs came to my home, mismeasured my counter tops and now will not stand behind their work and correct their error! The person doing the measurements was an experienced 12 year employee, knew my sink was not aligned properly and completed the measurements and never informed us. Now the sink doesn't align properly and Granite Designs will allow me to purchase the counter top again. They made 2,000 profit and wont redo my counter at about 1,300. Thanx for the poor service and standing behind your work! Poor quality and professionalism!

We placed an order through Lowe's, but the project was to be done by Granite Design. Our order was placed in October. It's now the end of February and the project is still not completed. So far, Granite Design has broken two slabs one at our house, replaced a slab with a piece from a different lot than we had already and failed to deliver all of the backsplash pieces. I have attempted to fix this by calling Granite Design. The lady I spoke with took over our account two weeks ago. Still, the project is not completed. In fact, for all her promises, she has been out of the office a number of days in this two week span. I haven't met anyone from this company who seems concerned about getting the job done.

The Granite Design staff are absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful to deal with. In particular, Tanya Belanger, Roger Rolleston and the two installers whose names I forgot to ask. Many setbacks happened prior to installation. Tanya and Roger were so understanding and helped me reschedule twice. Today was installation. The two installers were as awesome as Tanya and Roger. And kudos to the engineer who made the template. I would recommend this company to anyone installing new countertops. They are beautiful!!
