James was friendly and very accommodating to my schedule. He was able to show us that our water softener was working just fine, while the other company we trusted told us we needed a new one at the hefty sum of 2500. We will be using James for all our water heater and softener needs. Thankful for his honesty!

James was so great to work with! I called him 6 months ago and he helped me diagnose a bad gas valve, I opted to do the work myself and he did not even charge me for the help diagnosing! Turns out after 8 years I did indeed need a new water heater, so I gave James another call. He was quick to give me a call back and had me on the schedule for a replacement the next day! He was nice to chat with and had the old water heater out and new one installed in less than two hours. I was very impressed by his thorough efficient work and am happy that I now "know a guy" for all things water heater. I will be recommending James to all my friends.
