I sincerely feel like I should give credit where credit is deserved. I had what to me was a big dilemma. My neighbor works for Norms Plumbing which is why I called them. Not to mention they have great reviews already. This company from the very first person who answered the phone was so nice! They had someone out the next day for a free quote to install a soft water system in a finished basement. I don't necessarily think this is normal, but they were able to fit me in the next day to do the work! They were so nice, and friendly and explained everything to me. Also, instead of just looking out for their interests, they took time to thoroughly examine and find the most efficient and cost effective way to complete the task. THANKS NORMS PLUMBING!! I will use you in the future, as well as I will always refer your company to anyone who's looking for a trustworthy, dependable company.

I was quoted 5k by Barlow's to fix a leak they just glanced at, as they said that I would probably have to replace my line to the main line. The guys from Norm's came out and took one look in the crawl space and said you already have a new line. The leak cost me 175 to fix. They were quick, friendly, reasonably priced and took the time to answer my questions. I will be using their service again in the future.
