We had another company charge us way too much for a job they never really finished. Todd got us right in, and cleared out sewer line like it was no big deal. Their price was literally 6 times less than what the first company quoted for the job. Rooterman is thorough, listens, offers options, and doesn't cost you your first born just to get back on your feet. Also a special shout out to Mike. He was not only kind, he made sure what I was asking for, and what I needed lined up. What a great company!

Called on a Monday to schedule a downspout drain cleaning, the owner scheduled to provide service Wednesday morning. They were a no-show and no-call on Wednesday. By 5 pm on Wednesday, I had to call to ask if they were coming. Owner said they got busy and forgot to call. That should have been my first clue to run. They finally showed up on Thursday, took 10 minutes looking at my drain, stated that they could not fix it and charged my wife 149! Made us pay on the spot. I called to complain and ask them to lower their bill. Owner stated that 149 was their minimum charge, and he blamed me for not asking him. If you want Rooter service that is A DAY LATE and provides you with a 149 surprise for 10 minutes of diagnostic work, these are your guys.

When my sewage backed up on a Sunday a couple of weeks ago, I knew I needed help and fast! I was referred to 24 Hr Rooterman and was so pleased with their service. Omar was a respectful, hard working young man, who although was very busy that day, was patient with my questions and efficient in his work. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!
