Ben and his team were great to work with, starting from the initial communications through to the completed installations. They installed everything beautifully, in a timely manner, and also made sure that the grab bars were placed just where we needed them. Prompt, efficient, and affordable! We called PPS for a no-rush toilet repair and scheduled our appointment a few days out. We were able to text pictures of our issue and get a quote all within a few minutes. It was really convenient! When the technician came to the house he was exactly on time, was conscious about leaving a clean space, and very quick we were given an estimate for the job to be completed that they stuck to. At the time of this writing they were willing to accept payment by cash, check, or card so that is convenient as well. Will definitely work with them again for any future needs!
