The staff seemed nice but just not helpful. I brought my shower cartridge in and they said we need to know the exact make, I run home and find it, go back and they say we only carry moen. What a wast.

I had a water heater under warranty. I was told by another local company that I would be charged the full amount on my card until they were reimbursed by the manufacturer--and, I was told, every company operates this way. Fortunately, I called Great Western. I was impressed with their honesty and integrity. Only charged 50 to extend the warranty. Would definitely recommend and return here.

By far the worst experience I've had with a business in years. Would give negative stars if I could. I was recommended by A.O. Smith, the manufacturer, to pick up a part from these guys. I called and they said they had it in stock and had pulled it and put it in will call. Drove three hours to find they did not have the part. They told me they could get it there in two hours from there Ogden location. I waited in Salt Lake for two hours and then they said they forgot to get it. This is what happens when you hire high school kids to run your business. Very inconsiderate and absolutely no customer service. Go at your own risk!
