We've had nothing but AMAZING service with Black Diamond Experts. My wife and I recently purchased our first home that required work in electrical, HVAC, and plumbing and every technician who has performed the needed services has been stellar. In particular, Brady, Chris, and Jason have been awesome to work with. Very professional, down to earth, and honest about prices/work needed. They go above and beyond to guarantee customer satisfaction, only charging us when we've been completely okay with the job. Jason responded to a late call when our main water valve busted in the middle of the night and showed up on another occasion when he was scheduled off. Chris did an amazing job cleaning up a bunch of double tapped wires, installing a new electric panel quickly and efficiently. Brady Hansen helped us install a tub and toilet and gave us good suggestions on how to finish the remaining work we needed help with. We have been so impressed with this company that we elected to sign up for a reoccurring service with their diamond plan. These guys are hard workers, proficient in their specialties, priced right, and treat you like a friend as well as a customer. We had a whole house steam humidifier installed. Chris came out and explained the pros and cons of each system thoroughly. Justin and Malakai installed the system and the complete process went smooth with no major hiccups. They made sure to leave our home the way they found it. They wore booties over there shoes and cleaned up the area they worked in when the install was complete. I work in the same industry and pay close attention to detail, and these guys made sure that everything was done right, and before leaving made sure we understood how to operate the system. We will be using Black Diamond in the future for all our service needs, and will recommend them to all my family and friends.
