My husband asked if it could have came in the shipment boxes that were sitting on the counter as we needed the part pretty urgently. He was then told to come back later when they unboxed everything instead of just opening the box and looking for him real quick. He went down again about an hour later and got the same story. We had to go buy the part elsewhere. Not impressed with their customer service. |
