They responded to my warranty's request within one business day. They were able to fix the blocked drain efficiently and effectively. I would recommend them.

Mr Findley and a worker came out in October of last year from the second they entered my home it was very apparent that they felt like they had better things to do and it was a waste of their time to be there. They rushed the job causing damage to my hardwood floor from chemicals they used and then denied that it happened when I contacted their insurance. If you have any other choice do not go with Findlay plumbing under any circumstances.

Called quickly enough from the warrantee then acted annoyed when he left a message, when he BOOKED the appt then was huffy when he came 40 min early with no warning and I wasn't there yet. He must have been in a big hurry because he apparently did nothing about the water spewing out of the water heater that ran down my drive for hours until I could get home to see he did nothing to stop it or tell me it was happening before he left. “I will be back when you take the trim off” as he was practically running to his truck. Worst service and attitude from anyone we have ever dealt with. Would NOT use him.
