We called McNamara on a Sunday morning because our air conditioner quit the night before. We diagnosed the issue and let the man on the phone know what we believed to be issue. He said it would be around 800 for an emergency call, and he may not have the part anyway. We scheduled him for "first thing Monday morning" for the business hours rate to professionally diagnose the problem. He was a no-show. When we called him, he had flimsy excuses. He should have reached out to us to cancel or reschedule. How unprofessional! When in a pinch or not, I recommend NOT using this company.
