EFFICIENT, PROFESSIONAL, KEEPS THEIR WORD, THEY WILL GO ABOVE AND BEYOND. Leak started at 12:34 pm on a Friday didn't finish NON-STOP WORK TILL SATURDAY 1:16 PM. SUPERVISOR SAID HE COME BACK PERSONALLY TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS 100 AND HE DID! On SUNDAY! Thank you. THEY WORKED NON STOP EVEN AFTER THE 2 OTHER LEAKS CAME ABOUT AFTER THE CALL WAS ONLY FOR 1 MAJOR LINE LEAK. WHEN I SAID I HAD A RIVER AROUND MY HOUSE. WE HAD A CIBOLO CREEK MADE INTO A RIVER AROUND MY HOUSE THEY MOVED FAST, SAFELY WAS THEIR MAIN OBJECTIVE AND I CAN SAY YOU HAVE A PROBLEM CALL EM 24/7 SAME CREW STAYED AND KEPT THEIR WORD. THEY EVEN OFFERED US WATER TO KEEP US HYDRATED. THANK YOU RAPID ROOTER YOU GUYS ARE A BLESSING!i |
