I wish every company could learn from them how to treat their customer. Instead of ripping people off or doing half a job or expecting the person to figure out stuff on their own after they leave. I live in a 1949 house, and plumber calls are one of the worst! We chose Mike to put in our new water heater back in March and he was so great to work with. Personable, but worked hard, informative, but didn't waste my time. I had him back out this week for some random house issues 3x since and he was the same.. friendly and kind and again showing my husband and I things to educate us for the future. I plan on using Mike every single time we have plumbing issues or maintenance-- which will probably be often thanks to 70 years of wear and tear on this old house. So long review - but in short --- if you are looking for someone to do the work with integrity and real legit old school kindness - who is willing to actually HELP you instead of just looking to make a buck off of you for every single thing.
