| Erin McNeil | I realize that times are challenging but if you want someone's business shouldn't you still try to be helpful? This store is a joke. I got here 30 minutes before closing to buy insecticide and light bulbs. I walked through both departments three times looking for why I needed. Not one human to be found to ask for help. All you hear the entire time is that the store is about to close. I spent 30 minutes in a store looking for two items and could not get help to save my life. I guess I'm going to Lowe's from now on. |

| Michael Ozuna | Helene Add the customer service desk is very friendly and very helpful. She has really gone above and beyond to help me when I've needed it their. The manager also was really good but I can't remember his name. My apologies . I've always had good service even from the employees on the floor. Very helpful help me get through a lot of home repair projects.I even built my own detached garage in my back yard from this place. Everything was purchased from here.Also during my building process I did get tips and advice from the people in various departments as I was building. |
