D&D has been our go to as long as we've lived here, which is about six years, and we have never been disappointed. They always are very professional and get us taken care of very promptly. Our house was struck by lightning last night and they were here within an hour of our call today and have already repaired everything they can at this point. We are very appreciative for their quick service and I highly recommend them!!

If I could give 4-1/2 stars, I would. Their call center was energetic and sympathetic. They were out swapping my water heater the same day I called. Techs were very professional but I feel they could've been a bit more informative and educating in exactly what was going on with my water heater. They did clean, efficient work. They're definitely more on the pricey side but I am a firm believer in getting what you pay for. I would definitely call them in times of emergency again. But if my schedule allows, I would seek to save on labor by doing things on my own first, if possible. Otherwise, Grade A company, glad I went with them on this water heater swap.

They always take good care of us. Having an older house, we have found multpile plumbing problems thankfully nothing too big. They come out pretty quick and are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them. Price wise is always better than i expect, so that always helps too.
