They came out to do a quick warranty repair, unclog and upstairs drain which seems to need to be done every few years, as the A/C line drains into the same line. Each time it's cost me 60, takes about 15-minutes from start-to-finish, and away they go. This time, Scout came out, jerked me around for over 2-hours, left a mess everywhere, and charged me 415 bucks for a 10-minute job, because the competent team of guys couldn't get the snake down the drain. I would avoid this company, no matter what your situation. |
